Pompano Beach Marriott

The Pompano Beach Marriott renovation by Key International is a comprehensive multi phase transformation of the resort’s oceanfront property, including the renovation of 219 guest rooms across two hotel towers. Carefully executed in phased sequences, the project was designed to allow hotel operations to continue seamlessly throughout construction while enhancing the overall guest experience.

The renovation also includes upgrades to the lobby, porte cochere arrival experience, open air restaurant and bar, meeting spaces, and the resort style pool and amenities deck. Phase 1 was completed in July 2025, with Phase 2 currently underway and final completion scheduled for December 2025.
