The Pompano Beach Marriott renovation by Key International is a comprehensive multi phase transformation of the resort’s oceanfront property, including the renovation of 219 guest rooms across two hotel towers.
Carefully executed in phased sequences, the project was designed to allow hotel operations to continue seamlessly throughout construction while enhancing the overall guest experience.
The Challenge
The renovation required major improvements across an active oceanfront hospitality property while maintaining guest experience, operational flow, and construction sequencing.
The Approach
Work was organized in phases to support ongoing hotel operations, coordinate multiple spaces, and keep project activity moving with clear communication and planning.
The Outcome
Phase 1 was completed in July 2025, with Phase 2 underway and final completion scheduled for December 2025.
